THE UPPER CUMBERLAND ARTS ALLIANCE AND THE UPPER CUMBERLAND QUILT TRAIL ARE FEATURED IN THE NASHVILLE AIR PORT. UCQT highlight the quilt treasures of the region with a mission of "preserving the arts and heritage of quilting and related arts and honoring all those in the past and present who have been and are still involved in this art form."
Sheryle Bruno Gourd artist's store in Gainesboro has the first quilt square on her building.

First Quilt square in Jackson Co. is on the wall out side Pappy's Picket Fence. Designed and Hand painted by Artists Carla Khouri, President of the Upper Cumberland Arts Alliance. Carla has been the air beneath the wings of our quilt trail. She has painted every square that we have put up.
